This policy explains our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultations and courses booked through Aleena Nutrition Clinic.
Consultation Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are generally eligible for a reschedule or refund at our discretion; late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
Course Refunds
Refund eligibility for paid courses depends on how much of the course has been accessed and how close enrollment was to the course start date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a refund — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent by email with your name, the service or course booked, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
